OTi-2888 USB 2.0 Integrated HID Controller

The OTi-2888 is a single chip, cost-effective, high performance USB 2.0 Integrated HID, Mass Storage Class Peripheral controller targeted for applications of HID, data bridge and USB Flash Disks. The design complies with USB High Speed Specification (480Mb/s), Version 2.0.

The controller Integrates two USB 2.0 transceivers with dynamic feedback control, which stablizes slew rate and reduces EMI, independent of external loading. A Phase Lock Loop (PLL) is embedded in,, providing all clocks needed in this controller. It requires an external clock operating at 12MHz.

The OTi-2888 accommodates up to 8 Flash devices and works with comprehensive Flash memory technologies available on the market. The controller also has write- protect capability to prevent writing data to Flash.

The controller has one dedicated LED control pin and one optional LED control pin(GPIO). The LED display modes - operation, suspend, and standby, are programmable through the production program provided by Ours technology Inc.

There is more value-added application software available for data transfer, security and personal data management.

This controller can operate on Windows Vista, Win XP, Window Me/98/98SE, Win2000, Mac OS and Linux system.

The OTi-2888 is available in cost-saving 64-pins LQFP (7mm X 7mm) package.
